I love my new shoes. I really like the partial rubber soles because when it rains, the rubber soles withstand moisture better than the shoes with all leather soles. I wish Allen Edmonds offered more styles/shoes with this choice of rubber/leather (combination) soles.

I am returning this shoe due to poor workmanship. Stiches are sticking out, and there are dents on both heels.

Shoes received vs. the website
I agree with the other reviewer who said that the walnut color of the shoes isn't remotely close to the color pictured on the website. The ones on the website are gorgeous -- the ones I received are dull and a completely different color. Extremely frustrating.
