I have been wearing Allen Edmonds shoes for over 20 years, have 9 pair. Really liked this shoe in the catalog so decided to order it in chocolate color. Was extremely disappointed. Not the quality I have come to expect from Allen Edmonds. The stitching on the toe was at best rough. The cut of leather on the toe was uneven, with one side sticking up in the air. Returned the shoes for a refund.

Since I received my absolutely flawless pair, I get so many compliments, from strangers, family, coworkers. These strands make a statement everywhere you go. Next Iwant the McAllister in oxblood to add to my collection

Outstanding quality and very comfortable

Absolutely love these shoe. The walnut looks great I burnished the toe cap and heel cap which makes them look even better. The break in was minimal with the V-tread compared to the leather sole. About 4-5 wears soon. I look forward to wearing these for the rest of my life. It is a timeless classic.

Love the look and the quality of the shoes. The comfort lacks a lot. I have extremely cheaper shoes that are far better. The craftsmanship And quality is outstanding and that’s what you’re paying for. I just wished they were more comfortable to wear as I’d wear them more. I wore them to for work several time and they kill my feet wearing them that long. I use them for short outing only.
