After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant to buy them. They are long for petite - yes, but I'm 4'11'' so everything is long for me and would have to get them hemmed either way. I'm sure if you were 5'3" or 5'4'' they would be perfect length. I was concerned that the material would be too thick and some reviewers mentioned it being thick, but it wasn't at all. I have thicker CoH jeans and thin ones and this falls in between, so it was perfect. The fit is great and they are really comfortable and look great.

These jeans are nothing special -- way too thick, stiff, and uncomfortable. Like other reviewers mentioned before me, they are definitely too long. I bought the petite jeans and they are certainly not petite! I am well proportioned, but I still need to alter the length considerably.

Not at all like my other CoH jeans- this was stiff, tight, and uncomfortable. Do not buy. Plus it was way too long for petite- I am 5'1 and 118 lbs and the 27p fit but was a little too snug for comfort and way too long. Do not buy.

I love these! My only grip is I bought these to wear ith flats and I still needed them hemmed about 1/2 inch. I'm 5.5 1/2.... I got my usual 27 and they it like a glove. The denim is a little thicker which I appreciate in the colder seasons.
