I love these shoes! I am a lifelong fan of Birkenstocks and no socks but needed a good flat for when it is chilly outside. Because of my high arches and narrow feet but small bunions, I am particular about my shoes because I have to be. These fit perfectly. I generally take my shoes off and slip on my Birks for comfort when I am in my house, but forgot to do that when I had these on. I am now a Naot fan- the velcro strap adds comfort without looking frumpy and schlumpy- these are cute and I get lots of compliments!
I have tried many many MJ style shoes and all of them hurt my feet in some way when I wear them. This shoe doesn’t. I have this shoe in blue and black and highly recommend it. I have no heel to speak of so I need the strap to keep my foot in the shoe. I also have high arches which causes the strap to rub the top of my foot. With this shoe I can adjust the strap just enough to keep it from annoying the top of my foot and keeping the shoe on my foot.
