I normally wear a 32DD and am really a DD in one cup and closer to an F in the other. I ordered a 34DDD per the suggestion to order up in both a band and cup size. I think the band size was fine size up one (I already sent it back and am trying to recall), but the cups were absolutely huge on me. If I were to try a different size, I'd have tried 34D vs my usual 32DD.

This bra is ideal for me and perfect fit. I love the wide band back, doesn't roll and no bulges. I've ordered 2 now and am about to get another. As suggested I ordered one size up and it's just right.
