I am a size 36GGG but bought a 36G after gain a few pounds and it is a snug fit. I decided to keep this size. I like the support it gives as well. It acts like a minimizer. I just wish the straps were longer.
This bra was pretty meh. I am 5'10", and though I don't consider myself necessary that long up top, even at the longest length, the straps didn't work for me. So if you are a little taller, or a bit bigger up top, the straps might not be long enough for you. Even if the straps were long enough, I don't think I would have kept this bra. The fabric would ripple and wasn't smooth under shirts so it was odd looking. Other than those dealbreakers, it seemed like it would have given good support and a decent shape.
