Proslight, natural
Not a good foundation if you are living in the state of Florida. Did not control my oil and shine. So I am still looking.

The World's Best Foundation

I can't decide which product I love more: NARS Sheer Matte Foundation, or NARS Sheer Glow Foundation! I bought them both at the same time so I could compare them over a period of time, and they are both so wonderful that I couldn't ever pick one over the other. Since then, I always have a bottle of each on hand! NARS foundations are exceptional, because the colors look so natural, blend so well, and and last all day. I'm a fair-skinned blonde, and my favorite color (in both formulas) is Mont Blanc.

This is now my holy grail foundation since Prescriptives has been discontinued. I have this in Benares and the lady at the counter at Phipps Plaza, Atlanta was very helpful. I tried on a lot of similar shades and she advised that it will oxidize as the day goes by. I heard good thing about Sheer glow but im oily so i went with Sheer matte. The only reason I will not give it 5 stars is because it's not a stay put foundation. Of course its not marketed as one but I would like Nars to make something like Estee Lauder Doublewear. I like Nars Sheer Matte because it gives me a flawless look and Im so HAPPY that it doesnt make me look white or ashy in pictures! I can layer for more coverage and apply a little for very light coverage. Definitely a keeper!

Nars has an incredible selection of very pale shades and is one of the only brands I've ever tried which doesn't turn my very fair irish skin a shade of orange. this foundation can be worn quite sheer during the day to even out my complexion and built up a bit for evening wear. Highly recommended!
