Highly disappointed. Got universal brown color. It is by far from “universal”. The undertone of the brown is too warm toned; on me it looks too reddish brown. Compared to Hourglass, this product is inferior. I typically use medium brown in Anastasia or soft brunette in Hourglass for reference. Also, this product is hard to blend out to to get a natural look but might be good for those who want to precisely fill in bald spots. The brush is also very harsh and coarse on skin and pencil has no cap! I’m sticking with Hourglass & Anastasia.
