Proseffective easy
This product provides great coverage. Additional moisture should be applied before application in areas that are dry. Otherwise, lasts a long time and is handy to drop into your bag if you need to reapply!
I really don't like a cake-y look and I can't stand constantly re-applying. I'd say this does the job. I recommend use with a brush rather than the sponge it comes with.

I wanted to love this...I love the LM SPF 40 and this got good reviews on Paula's Choice/Beautypedia. However, it made my face itch as soon as I applied it! Bummer. Perhaps it was the mica? Not willing to find out. Got Armani instead.
I was using MAC studio careblend to set my foundation and reduce shine as the day wears on, but found that it seemed to separate and look oddly patchy after a few hours. Not cool! A friend of mind recommended Laura Mercier powder, and I have to say I'm quite pleased! This looks much more natural, feels softer on the skin, and I like that it also contains SPF. I ordered Tender Rose as an alternative to the MAC Studio Careblend Light, and it's a near perfect match.. I actually like the LM shade better as I think it looks more natural. It's a bit on the pricey side for powder, but you get what you pay for!
