Proskeeps promises!
I purchased this garment after I had liposuction on my stomach, back and flanks. The garment that my Surgeon's office was good for combating the initial swelling associated with the procedure but THIS garment provided far-superior results as far as SHAPING is concerned. I have never had much of a waistline but the combination of liposuction PLUS this waist cincher gave me the body I've always DREAMED of...it is worth far more than its price!

This girdle is comfortable and slips on easily. Unfortunately for me, it was too short (did not reach from the bottom of my bra to the top of my underwear). I am 5'4" so I don't usually have a problem with things being too short. However, with this item I either had to pull it up a little higher and have some tummy bulge coming out from under the bottom, or pull it down a little lower and have some space between the top of it and my bra, creating a little bulge there. If only it were 2" longer from top to bottom it would be great.
I found it runs one size too small, as I wear a 4-6 and in this item I needed a medium 8-10.

Prospractical
I wanted something to contour my stomach and waist, yet wanted to be able to wear my own bra and underwear that fit. This was the perfect option and helps improve your posture as well!

Prossee my review.
When I ordered this cinccher was unaware of the bones in the structure of garment but am SO GLAD they are there. This is exactly what I was looking for, ie., had a lower back operation and this gives me the support and waist cinching that I need at this time. Will reorder another one as soon as possible. Thank you Nordstrom's for a great product.
