I love the product. My first time using it but I'm loving it. It gives me a natural look. I wish I've been introduce to this product long time. It will save me a lot of money as well since it's cheaper compare to others.
Really like this pencil. Goes on easily and doesn't clump or look messy. I use the brush end too as it pushes brows into place. I am fair and blonde and the ash blonde looks great.
Nordstrom does such a good job of customer service and the good products offered make the customer experience a real treat. The eyebrow pencil from shiseido is the perfect color and a very good quality for the price.
I have been using this eyebrow pencil for years. I think I'm now on to my 7th purchase. I use the Natural Black color and it looks so natural on for everyday use. I receive so many compliments on my brows and girls in the office always ask what product I use. The downside is the fact that it's in a pencil form that you have to often sharpened it before use. Nowadays with so many different eyebrow products in the market, I somehow still don't have the urge to try others. This is my HG eyebrow product.
