Too small
PostedJune 1, 2012
Definitely returning it; I ordered a medium size, my size is 6-8 and it was so tight it was uncomfortable. I have purchased other Spanx products and have been pleased, but not with this purchase.

More than too small . . .

Hated the crotch slit; what is that . . . ???? Seriously, I don't think so. This garment was so tight, I had myself a full on wrestling match just to get into it. By the time the wrestling match was over, the one under wire was poking through. I ordered, according to the sz. chart. I'm 5-4 108 lbs. & a 32C, well an A was just over the top too tight. And as for the bust part, once I tried my dress on with the Cognito suit, it made my chest look flat. Back it went to the store. (I will say, great fabrication) I know people love this brand, I want to love it too, but I just keep batting 0 with it.

Bra Needs Improvement
PostedApril 19, 2012
Prosok not great
The body part of this shaper is quite good and the garment is comfortable; However, the bra radically flattens/distorts the breasts for a very unnatural look. More engineering in the bra area is definitely needed.

Should've bought the Medium
PostedApril 18, 2012
Proscomfortable
Bought the Spanx SlimCognito shaper suit in large, due to reading reviews that suggested to go up a size. I would have been better served w. the Medium, which would have been more effective at slimming my torso. The bra provided very little support, so I wore my own bra under it (I'm a 36C).
