I nearly tried every other major (& minor) Brand of moisturizer. My skin is very dry and I woke up every morning with uncomfortably dry skin and my face itches all day. After reading a ton of reviews, I reluctantly tried this. What a game changer! Works great and keeps my skin moisturized and looking good. Less lines. Come into the store to but when you can- you’ll be treated royally! Expensive but with it!!
I bought this moisturizer and Prairie to compare and see if I want to change what I’m using. I got confused and thought Prairie had the flowery scent when it was this La Mer that does. I wish I could change the erroneous review I already did for Prairie. So I was turned off by the scent of La Mer but tried it anyway. I admit that it was very moisturizing and made my extremely dry 60-year-old skin feel dewy and soft. However, I started feeling a burning sensation soon after using it and ended up washing it off when I saw my face was red (I have very clear skin). I think I’ve concluded from my pricey test of moisturizers to stay with my current one at a lower price point: Neocutis micro night. It works great and is really good at minimizing fine lines.
Hydrating without being too heavy, but I would recommend to use more towards fall winter season though, (located in Southern California). This item is a must repurchase at anniversary sale, it eased my cheek redness and allergy caused by using essential oils infused creams, which sound natural but essential oils can cause big time allergy.

It’s a good cream but hard to put all over the face. Although I follow the instructions and rub in between the fingers. Maybe I should have ordered the soft cream.
