I have been using LaMer products for more than least 25 years! I love the line & wouldn’t be without the Creme for sure! I so happy LaMer is at Nordstrom!
I had tried a sample of retinol on my face (I'll leave the brand out because its other products are great, but the retinol was not for me) and it caused some burns on my forehead and cheeks that would not heal with drugstore creams. Five days of redness and peeling later, I bought this after reading about its healing properties on burned skin as well as severely dry skin. After one day, the redness was dramatically reduced. (I didn't need to cover with foundation) and my skin felt soft, smooth and moisturized. After a couple more days of applying a small amount (it is quite expensive) to the affected areas, my skin was healing and no more peeling. I believe it is worth the price. I will continue to use this cream as part of my night routine!
