This cream was so thick, it felt like I was stretching my skin just to apply it. I read the instructions about having to "warm it up" with my fingers first, but when I tried that, I felt like I was moisturizing my fingertips and the product was not transferring to my face. I also tried "emulsifying" the product with a few drops of warm water, but that didn't do much to improve the application process, so for the price and hassle, it was not going to work for me. Luckily I received a sample for the Le Mer "Soft Glow" moisturizing soft cream with this purchase and this consistency was EXACTLY what I was looking for - a smooth and easy to apply product. I am in the process of returning this heavy cream and will reorder the lighter weight "Soft Glow" moisturizer. Thanks for including this complimentary sample!
A thick moisturizer leaving my face dewy and fresh. The scent of la mer is very refreshing and smooth to touch. Definitely my favorite everyday moisturizer especially during winter season.
