I never write reviews, but this deserves it. I am 20 years old and have been struggling with dry skin for years; ezcema, acne, dry skin from medicines you name it. I recently have been on accutane twice in the past few years and NOTHING would help. I know it's supposed to dry out your skin, but mine was so flaky everyday I wouldn't leave my room. I found this and its a LIFE CHANGER. Seriously, I know it's expensive (really took my whole paycheck) but this is the only moisturizer that actually leaves my skin moisturized. Even off of accutane, it doesn't make me oily (my usual skin type) and its the perfect amount. I think for the product, it justifies the price. I've also had this product for 6 months and still have enough for another 3. Worth it
I have been using this for years. It has definitely changed since Lauder bought this line. Not as creamy and dewy as it once was... and yes, I am using it correctly by rubbing into fingertips to activate the broth. Consistency is not the same from jar to jar. Switching to another line. La Mer was once my "go to". The Soft Cream is almost richer than the original Creme de la Mer. Makes me sad as I was always a fan.
