I've just been using it for a couple of weeks, but my skin seems smoother. The gel looks a little creamy, but unlike many moisturizers, it's a smooth, not sticky finish. A little goes a long way, so that's my justification for spending this much on a moisturizer.
La Mer is expensive, but it's worth the money! I love the gel cream better than the original. Its lighter texture is the perfect formula for my combination skin.
