This lip balm isn’t the holy grail lip balm.This lip balm is only popular due to the brand name and smell.I recommend just doing a good lip scrub and put on any lip balm you have.
Even though this is pricey, I believe La Mer is the best skin care line and this lip gloss last several months even using it twice s day. This lip gloss keeps my lips very moist and I highly recommend it.

I have been looking for a nice lip balm to replace the amazing but discontinued Dior creme de rose and decided to give a try to the highly regarded La Mer. I was extremely disappointed... this is a very thin balm giving the same (or even less) hydration that a $2 lip balm would give. My lips were chapped this Winter using this every day, something that never happened when I was using Dior. I kept it because I did not want to abuse the amazing Nordstrom return policy, but I wish I could return directly to La Mer.
