Lovely earrings, but stone fell out w/ minimal use

I purchased a pair in the Silver/Clear Crystal color. These earrings are gorgeous and I enjoy wearing them to classy events and weddings. Two stars deducted for a stone falling out within one year with minimal use. Read the reviews and you'll discover this is a recurring problem for many buyers. I did call Nordstrom and requested an exchange and their awesome customer service did so. This item would have gotten five stars if not for the stone falling out and it being a continuing issue and not an isolated incident.
