Love them! Frye is an excellent boot. a little hard to slip into, but I just happen to have a high instep (had to order 1/2 size up)

I normally wear a size 6 medium width, but based on the reviews, I purchased a size 5.5 medium. I was worried about the pull on style since I have large athletic calfs. Boot slips on perfectly, fit is a bit narrow width wise but I know they will stretch. The size 5.5 is perfect, glad I did not get a 6! Calf wise, there will be no room for a regular pair of jeans. I will have to wear leggings or jeggings with these. I will wait until I break them in before I get them professionally stretched. Shaft is perfect height, hits right below the knee and does not bunch at the ankle. I am five feet so I worry about that. Color, I love it! Expensive, but worth it. The boot is well made, leather is thick, but supple. Excellent craftmenship, but one should expect that from Frye.

These are by far the best boots i've ever spent money on. It took me a while to decide to spend the money on these but well worth it. The quality is excellent and goes well with almost everything! I normally wear 8 in boots for a little room since i have a little wider feet, but these run a little big and i think i would've been fine with 7 1/2. These are perfect for my thick calves, very comfortable and now i want these in black!

I LOVE this boot! I bought it in taupe and let me just say...it's so much prettier in person that the online picture reflects. It's a weathered leather. The top can be folded down or it can be worn unfolded...both look awesome! Frye tends to run big so buy a 1/2 size smaller than what you normally wear. I highly recommend this boot!
