The sizing is all off on this item. I’m well within the range of the small/medium and they are very small. They have no stretch and are a rough material

this thong has such a narrow crotch the simple act of walking sends it straight up your lady parts. its like it was made for women who do not have labia.
I bought this thong along with other brands and this thong is really comfortable and doesn’t ride up! After a 12 hour nursing shift I had no discomfort or riding up really recommend it.
