I absolutely love this product. I would buy this again and agian. Customer service was very helpful but very long wait. Although they did call me back after I saved my place in line. It's very thoughtful of them to put that in. Overall great customer service.

I submitted a review already...boots are just fine, packaging fine...my only point was, although you have my shipping address correct on the invoice, you did not have it correct on the mailing label...you had Apt. 10, when it is Apt. 103...the office figured it out - i think there actually are not any apt. #s below 100, so it was not left at a wrong door.
