Nordstrom Customer service was amazing, they didn't have the boots in stock. Sales associate was able to locate a pair and overnight them to me. Once i received the boots they were in amazing shape. Nieced loved them and I couldn't be happier

Proscomfortable, versatile, amazing
I have been searching many websites and specials for black friday and nordstrom 's had the best price. The website was easy to navigate. Not to mention my package was delivered in less than 4 days! What an outstanding service at the most hectic time of year!

Proswarm comfortabl
I have a pair of these and thought to get a pair for my girls. I am happy with this purchase. Too bad the insoles could not be removed and changed though, sometimes with long wear, the insides get wet because you're not suppose to wear socks with these.

Proscute and cozy
These boots are AWESOME! My Daughter loves them and they go great with everything.. So Comfortable she does not take them off once she gets home, I literally have to pry them off of her..
