Bought this pair at a well known store, and it came damage, since I only use it on winter, it took a while to find the problem, UGGS exchange my boots without any hesitations. I'm very pleased with the Customer Service, and the quality of this product, I will buy again, and I forgot to comment, the process was easy and promptly. Thanks UGGS you have a customer for life.
