It's an ok product, may be over rated. I would suggest telling customers to order a 1/2 size smaller. I could of returned them, but did not want to go through the process, so I wear two pair of socks for comfort.

I ordered these in chestnut and they look awesome with all my jeans and jeggings. After already owning a chocolate brown pair of "classic" style Uggs, and now wanting something slightly different to add to my wardrobe -- I couldn't be happier with this cute and trendy Bailey Button style. Needless to say, I'm very happy with this purchase.

I love Ugg boots, mainly for the warmth and comfort. They are also cute and casual for cold weather. However, they wear out easily, stain easily, crease easily, and despite being told that they are good snow boots, they are not waterproof, so I wouldn't use them in rain or snow. Despite not being a practical boot, I would still keep buying and would suggest them to a friend. I would suggest Ugg try to construct them more durable, and/or sell a spray to protect them, and a cleaning solution to clean them. I always purchase these style Uggs half a size down.
