Floppy Look to the Bailey Button Boot

The only disappointment is that the sides of the boot by the button start to "flop" down. We originally thought this was a defect. We asked at local UGG distributors and were told that this is normal wear for this style of boot. The sides will begin to flop down due to the weight, and the fact that there is the split in the boot. It would be helpful to show this on the website. In other words the picture of this boot looks like it will hold its shape and the sides will stay up. However, after looking at others and talking with salespeople it is apparent that the boot will definitely take on a different look once the sides "flop" down.
