Great service, quick delivery. The only thing I would change is the box they came in. A very big UGG on the side, sat on my front steps for a few hours until my husband got home. An unlabeled box would be better.

I bought these for my daughter in law. She had the exact style, color, size on her Christmas list. She loves UGG boots. This is the second pair she has requested over the 10+ years she has been my daughter in law...she loves them. The web site made it easy to find the right style, size, color...easy to order...it only took one week from order the boots to receive the boots.

Even though UGGs have been around for a long time I refused to purchase them due to them looking more like indoor slippers as opposed to a stylish boot. However I finally decided to buy a pair because my toes keep getting cold in the winter and these promise to keep my feet toasty. I ordered the navy ones and I am usually a size 6.5 so I ordered a 6 as per comments and suggestions. The fit is perfect for my foot! I treated them with stain resistant and so far wore them once for a whole day hanging out in the city with my family. I was very comfortable all day! It was not a very cold day so I can't yet comment to my feet being toasty when it drops below freezing. I do unbutton them before putting them on so as to not put extra strain on the button because it looks like it might pop off with some wear. So even though I still think they are funny looking boots, I love the comfort and since I have extra high arches and my feet are often uncomfortable this is a win for me! Note that the colored fur will stain white socks :)
