Nice boot, but sides flop over

Bought for my daughter for a birthday present. She wore for the first time yesterday, and the very thin sheepskin is flopped over on top of button side, particularly on 1 boot - not very attractive, kind of sloppy looking. First wear and have never even been folded down. I have Bear Paw boots in same style that are 1 year old and still look great with not a bit of a flop at the top - for a fraction of the price.
