Love these Uggs! Since they stretch I get them a size smaller and then they're perfect. I love the color and they are warm enough for our cold weather.

The boots itself are great; however when ordering them online you are not getting this chestnut boot with the light colored button on the side. You will get the chestnut boot with a dark brown button. Once I notice this problem I contacted customer service and was informed that the picture I was seeing was an older model boot. A fine time to find out after you order and wait to receive them.

First pair of Ugg's, I purchased as a christmas gift for my 13 yr old daughter, I luv them, wish I had a pair, but since we both wear the same size (7 1/2) I decided to get the 5, since everything I've read, reviews, even folks I know who own them told me they run big & they stretch. I even called the Nordstrom here in Atlanta at Phipps and the associate said she wears an 8-8 1/2 and she owns several pairs all in size 5, so we went w/it. Very happy w/my purchase. Now if only I could get the Ugg Dakota Moccassin that I've wished for since last x-mas, haha!
