I purchased these at Nordstrom store. They are true to the description: Jeweled, sparkly and metallic. The pictute does not show the sparkle but it is there - all over- very beautiful. I will weare them at my sister's wedding with a purple dress. I want to wear sheer off black or grey hose. This shoe is perfect because it will not contrast as a silver shoe would. Leather sole and lining makes it very comfortable.

I totally agree with the other reviewer that stated the picture does not do this shoe proper justice. It is so elegant and timeless. I am a 9AA and this shoe does not run as narrow as I had hoped. My theory is there is not much structure to the sides of the shoe, but it still seems wide for a size AA! I am going to make them work by putting a rubber pad in the toe area of the shoe. I also had to add another hole to the strap--tiny eyeglass screwdriver works very well...just tap lightly with hammer on BOTH sides of the strap.

These shoes are very comfortable right out of the box and they are very elegant. The price of the shoes is more than reasonable for shoes to wear to a black tie affair that will be extremely comfortable.

My wife is 5' 9'' 130 lbs and was looking for a stylish sandal type of dress shoe without the extreme heel and platform that seems to common among shorter women. This was perfect.
