Great Shoes - wrong size. Great customer service. Returned to the store instead of by mail with the provided call tag. Easy with great return instructions. Shipped when I was advised they would ship - received when I was supposed to have received them. All was wonderful. Nordstrom's will be my store of choice from now on. Thank you for taking some of the stress out of the holidays.

Prosin style comfort
These are my first pair of TOMS and I LOVE them!!! They provide comfort and accessorize your everyday skinny jeans and oversized knitted open front cardigan outfit! I would definitely recommend a pair for any on the go women especially to the mommies out there! I bought a size 8 and it fits perfect!
