I love these - they are comfy and look good as a casual shoe. I do think the sizing might be off a little. I normally take a size 6 and these were just a bit wide; but the 5.5 were much too small.

Loved the shoes but loved the fast shipment better!! I have never had a problem with Nordstrom, I have purchased and returned items with no problems at all!! On one order UPS did not deliver the item even though they said they did and I called Nordstrom and they sent another pair of shoes at no charge and the customer service rep was extremely nice about the whole situation!!

I bought these Toms about 4 years ago and I love them! I've been on three mission trips to Haiti and these are the shoes I wear. I love how durable and reliable they are. They have held together so well! I have since bought another pair of Toms from Nordstroms and the employees who have helped me have been nothing but nice and extremely helpful! I would recommend Nordstrom to anyone!
Toms are comfortable as long as they are the right size for you. Even the 5's were a little big on me so it rubbed at my heels. Make sure the size you purchase is plenty snug because they will stretch out.
