I have about 7 pairs of these shoes. The leather footbed forms to your foot which makes them so comfortable. I always get a half size smaller because they do stretch a little.

I have several pairs in the canvas. No "break-in" necessary. Variety of colors.
I wear my toms so much, they are my standard dog walking shoe. I use them as a water shoe as well, when I go to the park and want to wade in. Mine are pretty worn at this point but I still wear them and its been several years.

I have several other pair of TOMS shoes, and this new pair that I just bought in white is at least a half, if not a full, size smaller than my others. The sad part is that I ordered them online and had them shipped directly to someone who hand painted them for me. So now I have a nice pair of hand painted shoes that I can't wear!!
