I love the look of this shoe, and it is comfortable if you don't have to do a lot of walking. I wish they had more arch support, but the support is comparable to most shoes. Because they are not very durable, I only gave them 4 stars

I have purchased two Tom shoes, my first pair was a size 9 1/2. When I ordered the black pair I first ordered a 9 1/2 and they were to big so I had to return them and get a 9 and they fit perfect. Not sure why they varied in size? They are really comfortable though.

I bought them for my granddaughter. She is going to be a freshman this year at school. She hasn't worn them yet, but when she tried them on they fit great!!!! She Loves them!!!

grey runs one size small

i tried these on in the store but in navy to figure out what size i should purchase, since grey wasn't currently in stock. i ordered the grey online and was very excited, but when my shoes came in and i tried them on, i couldn't even put them on! they were WAY too small, so i thought i purchased the wrong size on accident. i took them back to the store, and coincidentally a shipment of grey had come in recently, so the sales associate went in the back to get me another one to try. we were intrigued to find that the size 5 in grey appeared to be about a whole size smaller than a size 5 in other colors. i tried on navy and black and they were fine and fit perfect in a size 5. very disappointed because i really liked the grey color, ended up purchasing black which is okay, but i wanted something more unique. otherwise this is a great shoe and i would repurchase.
