Tom's are a wonderful product but sometimes they run small. I will only buy them, for myself or as a gift, at Nordstrom. Number one your return policy is the best in all of my experiences!!! Number two, your shoe department is AWESOME!!! You cater to the young and the "mature", so finding a replacement is NEVER a problem. Third, your price is EXCEPTIONAL!!! I will only buy Tom's at Nordstrom!!!
