My mother loved these shoes. They fit her great and she said they were really comfortable. The shoes got delivered to the wrong address and Nordstrom was fantastic with trying to help me locate them. The customer service is excellent.

This is the second pair of Tom's that I've bought for my daughter. She orders one half size bigger than her usual shoe and they fit great. She's a hostess & she wore them day one for an entire (busy) shift with no pain. Very comfortable & they shipped very quickly.

Weird Fit

I got my black glitter toms last week. They are verrry narrow and a bit too large in length. I usually wear a womans 11 and my canvas toms fit great. The glitter ones fit much different. I wish they would make a 10.5. They were verrrry tight in the width the first few days. I think they are finally stretching out.
