Last week, I bought myself a pair of the pink glitter TOMS. I LOVE them! There are a few things to remember as you browse these statement shoes though... 1. They are not true to size. I had to go up an entire size for toe fit but those were way too wide for my foot. I settled with the 1/2 size up from my size. They have stretched just enough to be comfortable around the toes but not at the toe tip. 2. Break your shoes in a little at a time. I wouldn't suggest wearing your new TOMS for an entire day at once until they have been broken in. I wore mine for a few hours at a time for a few days around the house before wearing them all day. I didn't have any problems once I finally wore them for the "long haul". 3. Pick the color you can ROCK! I love my pink glitter TOMS, but they are definately a statement piece in my wardrobe. I get multiple comments each time I wear them out. 4. The investment is not only buying yourself new shoes, but also providing shoes to a child in need. That's the main reason my husband and I invested in TOMS. One for one.

Not as good as the classics

I thought these were so cute but when I recieved them in the mail I noticed right away they were "stiff" and too small . Unfortunately they had to go back.

When my toms first arrived in the mail they seemed a little tight. Then as I wore them the next day the back of my heel was all red. But as I continued to wear them they stretched out a little and wala! They fit perfectlly! They have been perfect ever since.
