Ordering was simple and returns are as well if needed. Ordered on a Friday and was on my doorstep the next day in time for a special event. I would recommend ordering the size you are for this shoe. For the canvas Tom's half size down.
I like these shoes, the sparkles are super cute! However since I am between sizes, the 10 is a little tight and the 11 is way too big. They may end up being returned.
