I got the full sized mascara as part of a specially priced Nars gift set. I am a mascara junkie and have a hard time finding mascara that will make my stubby lashes longer as well as keep the curl from my eyelash curler. Surprisingly, this mascara does both pretty well.
You do need to apply about two to three coats to see the mascara. But unlike some mascaras, this one does not clump. This is probably the best thing about this mascara -- it does lengthen, but does not clump. The lashes appear long, but very natural looking.
It claims to water resistant and it truly is. I need my waterproof remover to take off.
I have been using this mascara daily for two months. The tube is still fresh. I just ordered two more tubes -- that's how much I love this mascara.

I love Nars, but this mascara was awful! It gave absolutely no definition or lengthening to my lashes AT ALL! I would not recommend this mascara to anyone. It also has a weird strong scent when you open it.

Prosdefining, lengthening, long lasting
this mascara is for the person looking for long separated black lashes. It doesn't give much volume which I like. The brush it pretty cool in that its flexible and rubbery. This doesn't say that its waterproof but is. its difficult to get off without eye makeup remover which is something that some may not like but I love that this stuff has longevity and wont flake or smudge!

i'm a huge fan of NARS, so it was pretty upsetting how awful this was.
CLUMPY right out of the box FLAKEY almost the moment that it dried forget about applying two coats......you wont like it
