Finally I snagged a pair!

Prosmy shoe
ConsMedium width
Every time I'd have enough money to splurge on these my size would sell out so I was very happy to finally get to try what everyone is so pleased about. The shoes felt like my shoes right out of the box. I bought them because I am doing some traveling this summer and wanted a comfortable pair for racing through airports or walking through interesting shops.
I think these will fit the bill. They are comfortable enough to wear all day without being concerned about how much walking I'll do during the day and do I need to change to my hiking shoes for this event.
I am thinking of buying another color or style when I return from my trip. This is a very pricey shoe but if it holds up well I may not need that many other pairs.

I bought this shoe, it was European 37 (the Nordstrom description said 6 - 6 1/2), but it was way too big for my foot, so I ordered it in 36 (Nordstrom size 5 - 5 1/2), the 36 fit perfectly. I think the 36 is equivalent to a size 6 in this shoe. I totally love it. My foot only touches leather, nice soft leather on the top, leather lining in a light color (does not color my feet), and a nicely textured rolling leather bottom, which gives me a mini-workout through the day, energizes, the perfect shoe. I first had the cognac shoe, but I prefer the second one in black color, for general prettiness.

I have been diagnosed with severe nerve damage due to idiopathic peripheral neuropathy creating very painful foot problems. As a consequence, I am on high doses of prescription pain medication and rotate the wearing of various shoes at least five times a day with very little relief. I have also had an operation to remove a small tumer growing on a nerve, but it feels like more are growing back. Every step feels like someone is pounding a nail in my foot and/or pinching my big toe with clippers and missing the nail. (I also have gout) From the first wearing of Finns, I enjoyed a feeling of relief from the intensity of these symntons as the weight was redistributed in such a manner as to provide me a freedom in walking I didn't think was possible any more. Within one week I had ordered a second pair.

The brochure said to begin by wearing these shoes five minutes a day. I put them on and haven't taken them off except to sleep and shower. They are different but wonderful and the arch support is incredible. Amazingly, they change your posture. It may be my imagination but I believe they already have helped my aching back. I didn't find them too heavy, but then I don't wear little strappy heels or flip flops normally. I highly recommend these fabulous shoes - worth every dollar. I will buy more.
