Proseasy to blend, smudgable, long-lasting, won't budge, invest in brush, eye definition, easy to use
I have Navy, it’s a great color, I got two because it’s not always available. Tried it at counter, the gal showed me how to use but I had to practice to get the same look. A thin dark lash line defines and makes my eyes look bigger.
Gel liner stays in place all day, doesn’t smudge after it sets, adds definition, don’t need to use much. The brush included is small, ok to get started and get the hang of it. A full size eyeliner brush, angled or straight, works best and is worth the investment. Good brushes make such a difference. You can also use it for smudging the liner before it sets and brow powder infill. Product lasts a long time if the jar is closed tight. The small jar is glass, so I use gel pencils for travel and take an angled brush for smudging.
I wanted to try a gel eyeliner so I purchased this product in Onyx. I really like the color and the coverage this liner provides. I had to practice putting it on a few times to get a perfectly straight line but now it's easy. I only use it on the top lash line.
I've never liked or used eyeliner until discovering this product. I've always wanted to but I'm a contact lens wearer and it seemed like I was always getting little specks in my eyes and it hurt! So I just gave up! But I happened upon this gel and decided to give it a try. I love it! It glides on so smoothly, not like the pencils that seem to drag across your skin. I chose the brown to go with my blue eyes and it's a beautiful brown. I just think that for me the black is too harsh. I also invested in an eyeliner brush. The one that comes with the gel is OK but I've always heard that the brushes for any makeup product is what makes the difference and I don't think that could be any more true than in this case; at least for me. I bought the one from Estee and it's just perfect, especially the length. With a little practice, I've found the perfect way to apply it and it makes my eyes just pop! It's just amazing how different your eyes can look when you know how to apply makeup correctly! I won't ever be without this. It already has worked it's way onto my "must haves list". Oh and this little container is going to last a long, long time! You BARELY tap your brush into the gel and that's all you'll need. Hope this helps you decide!
