Best eyeliner! Stays in place and on all day! Comes with a brush which is nice because not all brands do that. This is the only eyeliner I wear as it doesn’t smear or run off. It is also soft and smooth going on. :)
really stayed on . been looking for a good waterproof eyeliner for awhile .tried many. only complaint i have is the brush, too short .had to use my old brush .i do love the eyeliner
