I just received this watch as a birthday gift from my husband. No, it does not have a diamond bezel; however, it is still classy and elegant. I have the smaller version because the 42mm would have been too big for my wrist. My husband purchased the bracelet watch band because, as some other customers have commented, Michele does not make many 20mm straps. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this watch.
