This is the most fun! I debated ordering it because it's more than I normally would spend on nail polish, but I am thrilled. It's fun by itself but even better over top of another bright color. I recommend either one coat (for a confetti appearance) or three coats for all-out sparkle.

The nailpolish is a clear black color w/ red glitter! I was very disappointed and it just looked dirty! I returned this product. But I did like the Happy Birthday nailpolish!

Prosfabulous
This color is amazing! Good quality polish. I had slight chipping after a couple of days but a friend of mine polished her nails & it lasted a week + without chipping!

i purchased 'Birthday Party', and am so hooked! its like a party on my fingertips haha! very good quality, glitter goes on evenly, and its not quick to chip or peel. cant wait to try some of D.Lippman's other polishes =)
