Prosrefreshing, non-drying
Although I have purchased this toner many times it's simply just okay! I wouldn't say it's the highest quality toner or has a luxurious texture but it gets the job done and it's affordable.
Its gentle, doesnt irritate my skin but leaves slight sticky residue and I didnt feel clean or refreshing at all. Beside that, it didnt help to improve my skin. The most disappointment that I saw just 5 natural ingredients on the bottle label but on Mario Badescu site, there are a long list of continue chemical ingredients that they put into this toner.
I buy tons of Mario Badescu products- they are life changing. I use this one for my sensitive dry skin daily. My skin is more clean now than it has ever been- I go makeup free pretty much everywhere now. They are that good. Prices are good too.
