I'm a mother to a set of twin girls who have very narrow heels. This is our 3rd pair in the last 2yrs and as the other reviews indicate, these boots run small. My daughters' measure a size 11, so I asked the sales rep. for a size 12. As expected the 12 fit nice and snug! No slipping and no extra socks needed. Besides, these boots are too cute and are an attention grabber. In previous years, we have been often stopped by compliments and inquiries about where to purchase.
My three year old daughter loves these. In fact, she never wants to take them off! She says they are so "comfy". She gets compliments where ever we go and they look like they will hold up for a long while. They aren't the warmest boots, but they are perfect for those brisk days when it's not quite cold enough for Uggs. Lovely boots.
I bought these boots for my 9 yr old daughter and she loves them. They look adorable on and fit true to size. The brown color looks exactly as pictured. She tried them on in the pink and brown color and both seemed to transfer coloring onto her socks but it's not too bad. These boots look even cuter in person than in pictures.
