I love and wear several JM fragrances. Wood Sage and Sea Salt, English Pear and Fresia, Orange Blossom and Basil and Neroli are some of my favorites. I know Lime Basil and Mandarin is the lines signature scent and since I’d never tried it I thought I’d check it out. I guess it just doesn’t work with my body chemistry because it was absolutely horrible smelling. Like something a very elderly lady would wear. Very cloying and overwhelming. I had to immediately wash it off. My husband and adult kids also found the fragrance unappealing. Not at all the fresh citrusy fragrance I’d expected and was looking for. Very disappointed. Had to return.
This is a wonderful smelling lotion, but honestly the 3.4 ounce bottle looks like something you would get in a hotel. Save your money or spring for the larger bottle.
