It makes a funky noise when you turn it on but it is the true Clarisonic item, according to the box so I guess it's ok. It does the job it was intended to do and scrubs well.

Proseasy to use, effective, easy effective
I love this product. The body brush head is great for the shower for your neck, chest and anywhere else. It exfoliates and smoothes your skin. Don't know what I ever did without it!

I enjoy the extra exfoliation this offers ,especially on my feet. Quick and easy to use in the shower, extends the softness of a pedicure.
