Proslong-lasting, effective, great
I love this stuff. It does cost a lot, but it makes my hands look so pretty. It also stays on for a couple of hand washings.

I was hesitant to buy because of the price! I'm a dental hygienist, therefore my hands get really dry from frequent washing. I splurged and I'm so thankful, best hand creme I've ever found!! Bummer is now my husband loves it and now I have to share. Thank goodness for Nordstrom free shipping :). Our hands are so soft, buy it...

Proseffective, too expensive
I have eczema, and while I saw a difference in my severe hand condition the instant I applied the cream, I would not purchase this after sampling it a few days. Very expensive. There are other quality hand creams on the market that are only $30. If Estee Lauder offered a larger tube and a more reasonable price per ounce, I would be more interested.
