It's a nice dress for what it is, but it is a bridesmaids dress. I was hoping for a little more causal jersey and not such an obvious cummerbund around the waist. It fits well but it's just not stylish on. Unless you're second or third in line at the altar.

I am glad I ordered the size 4 instead of the 6, which I often wear; the 4 fit me perfectly. I am 5'0" and 120lbs and the dress was very flattering on me. It fell much lower on me than on the model in the photo so I am having it taken up 5.5 inches. The woman at the tailor gushed over it when I tried it on. The fabric feels very nice and the color is bright (I bought the blue "tidal" - it's nice brilliant blue). The best thing about this dress for me is that the bust area above the empire waist was generous enough for my full bosom, which is usually not the case. I am really looking forward to wearing this dress to an upcoming wedding.

Bought this as a bridesmaid dress (we got to pick our own) and it fit wonderfully. I'm 6 feet tall, 34DD, and pretty evenly proportioned in height between my legs/torso. The length was very nice for tall people like me, above the knee but not so short that I couldn't twirl it on the dancefloor without exposing myself. Nice material, too. I got a lot of compliments on it!
